Welcome to Precise Tresses, where healthy hair meets precision, beauty, health and confidence. I’m La’Toya a licensed cosmetologist and owner of Precise Tresses, where healthy hair always comes first. I specialize in precision styling for children and adults, including natural hair, locs, braids, chemical services, color, and extensions. My goal is to create beautiful, polished styles without losing sight of the health and integrity of your hair, and I take pride in that. Every service is approached with care, attention to detail, and professionalism so each client can leave feeling confident in their crown. Creating a clean welcoming experience for every client, from my littlest Kings & Queens to my longtime adults, is a guaranteed. Here, we believe, healthy hair isn’t an add-on it’s the foundation. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect the time set aside for each client, at least 24 hours’ notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay an additional booking fee or any outstanding balance before scheduling future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in limited or discontinued booking privileges. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled appointment. Precise Tresses provides a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, your service may need to be modified to fit the remaining appointment time without inconveniencing the next scheduled client. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be required to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit may be required to book another appointment. If you know you are running late, please contact Precise Tresses as soon as possible. Communication is always appreciated; however, contacting the salon does not guarantee that your full service can still be accommodated. Inspiration Photos & Custom Style Requests Don’t see the exact style you want pictured on the service menu? Inspiration photos are welcome! Please send your desired style to 843-639-7733 at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows time to confirm the correct service, pricing, appointment duration, hair requirements, and whether the requested style can be accommodated. Custom or specialty styles presented on the day of the appointment may not be accommodated and may require the service to be modified or rescheduled.
